to cut fat and sustain muscle mass high protien low carb and low fat. Don’t try to bulk and cut at the same time, bodybuilders and models go thru phases of bulking then cutting and repeating. So lift weights to build muscle and disregard losing fat because to build muscle efficiently you have to gain fat with it. Then cut fat through proper diet and weight training, after you’ve built up. in 16 weeks you can lift for 8 weeks than cut for 8 weeks and get more muscle and lose more fat than if you tried to do both at the same time for 16 weeks straight.

Anything with protein in it. Like nuts, meat etc!

Its not just what but when.
Eat 6 times a day, but half size snacks.
Makes the meals smaller as the day goes on.
High protein (in every meal), some carbs, and little fat (good types – trans fats).
No refined sugar, or starches!!! especially after 4pm.
Lots of water!!!!
You dont need cardio if you try to super set heavy weights.
But push hard (with gym partner) as heavy as you can.
Change routine every 2 weeks to avoid muscle memory.
