Our goal is to be healthy and fit, and we hope that you will join us. We noticed as we got older that we had to be more aware of our diet and level of exercise.

We are not as young as we once were, but we hope this site will be useful to all ages in learning to live healthy.
Our interests include many outdoor activities such as bicycling, skiing, snowmobiling, and hiking. We also enjoy TRX, Zumba, strength training, and eating good food!
