@JohnnyHMV1 Two things — protein factory sells lower than commercial brands because they don;t spend millions on advertising. That’s what you pay for when you buy the “big name” products. Secondly, do a search on super plasma serum — not advertising hype but true medical studies. The stuff is incredible. Protein FActory has been around for years and has a great reputation.

Not to disrespect or something but I do not trust every new supplement brand that pops up these days. Price is somewhat low so that’s why it’s hard not to buy it but again, where’s the profit when price is so low? So, why would I waste money when I can pay more and buy protein from some worldwide brand such as Dymatize for example. You all say how you guarantee for quality but, can quality come at such cheap price?

@jtothatishot Yes you can use the Big Blast both pre and post. But post is really more important. I would eat something healthy instead preworkout and hydrate with water. Stay away from caffeine preworkout or anything that gets you “wired”. Those supplements are actually catabolic. you can use all day. If you want to save money just use Big Blast postworkout. thanks

Hi may I know if this is meant for BOTH pre & post workout?
Would it be okay to use this for ALL DAY purpose- i.e the only protein powder I would need to use?
And how many servings is needed per day? Cause it’s kinda expensive
Any help is appreciated, thanks
