im dissapointed rite now man i been in the gym goin hard for almost two years ans ive seen no good results.im 6’0 232 pounds i have a flabby chest,flabby arms,fat thighs,fat midsection..i want to get down to 285 atleast..im very dissapointed..ive eat a good diet chicken breast grilled,oatmeal no sugar,salad,i drink plenty of water,and eat alot of fruit but im still obese

I really like the vid man but i´ve got 3 questions and i hope you can answer:
If i do this workout and each exercise to failure and do 3 sets in combination with your ab circuit training (also 3 sets), is their a chance of gettin your shape if this is the only training i do? how often do i have to do it in a week? And i´m slim and athletic, will my muscles grow without getting weight first and changing my eating plan? Hope you will answer. btw i like your music man nice beats^^

@BodyPerformanceTV Sorry for the double post, I am 6,2 and weight 15 stones/ 95 kg, I think that is roughly 210 lbs. I will try to describe my current body shape, I feel and people say I am quite muscular, my torso is pretty lean with only a thin layer of fat, however due to exams I stopped gyming for a few months and this has resulted in my gaining weight around my theighs and buttox, these seem to be my natural fat storage points. I am fairly fit do cardio at least once a day.

Ok so at the moment I am doing 50 mins of Cardio per day, weights everyday but different areas everyday. By this I mean I do Biceps/Upper Back, Chest/Triceps, Legs on different days. I am not taking in many calories through meals anymore, in fact most days I skip lunch. I eat basically a bowl of cereal, drink a lukozade light active and several low carb high protein whey drinks (3 a day) with a varying evening meal. Is this sustainable and will this lead to weight loss/ increased muscle mass.

Its probably possible when you first start lifting and I feel like thats the crowd that Steve tries to attract. I have never been able to run a calorie defecit while gaining muscle at the same time. I’m also nowhere near 10% bf either. Once the newbie gains run out I have found that its much easier to focus on either losing fat or gaining muscle. I remember when steve was basically bashing weight loss supplements and now I keep hearing him trying to sell his.

@XIPM3 you won’t lose muscle, not as long as u get enough protein THROUGHOUT the day, and that means u also need carbohydrates so ur body can use the protein well.

@nashisbeast1 U can, but u need to workout and for a certain amount of time too. Your body will burn fat after 20-25 mins of exercise, so if ur running, try running for at least 30 mins.
