Question by Nick D: Can someone show me a book or website where there is a muscle/strength building program?
And also if you used it could you tell me how you were before and after this program? And if it helps I’m a freshman in high school, i’m about 5’8” 1/2 or 5’9”, and I weigh about 130-135. My body fat percentage is between 10% and 11% and the two sports I play are basketball and golf. Thanks! All answers are appreciated!

I use this site a lot (look sources). He shows easy to intermediate home-workouts that work very well with almost no equipment.
If you have a gym at school, talk to your coach and let him show you some excercises.
If you know what parts of your body you want to strenghen, just type it in Youtube and you will also get tons of good tutorials.

Im 18, and a fairly big build anyway, i want to enchance on my muscles and build them up a little, but at the same time get rid of my belly. food groups do you need most when doing muscle building? and could you suggest some foods and some easy simple meals?

grill bake or blacken chicken breast, turkey, fish, lean meat… eat steamed vegetables, lay off the white bread and rice, sugar, potatos and chips, get at least 1 grm of protein per 1 lean pound of weight.
So, tuna, salmon, chicken, turkey, lean pork, sirloin, tenderloin, brocolli, asparagus, green beans, apples, strawberries, etc etc..

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District hosted a three-day Health Fair April 20 – 22 at its headquarters building in Wiesbaden, Germany. The fair offered a wide variety of activities to promote healthy lifestyles to employees, including nutrition counseling given by a licensed dietician and a scavenger hunt designed to get participants walking. Employees were able to receive free massages, take a Zumba aerobics class and race in a 5K fun run. Health assessments were also given, which measured body mass index, height and weight, and blood pressure.
