Hi there,

Building ‘bulk’ muscle is a case of using weights which you find difficult to lift, yet easy enough to manage a decent amount of reps (usually a minimum of 5).

For your chest you should concentrate on Chest Press, Dumbbell fly / Seated fly, Press-ups.

Back and chest exercises are probably best for looking more ‘bulky’, but be sure to spread your workouts evenly, or you can end up looking out of proportion.
Also make sure that the weights you doing aren’t so heavy that you can’t control them, without balance you won’t be getting a lot of muscle contraction, so you will get nowhere.
Once you get comfortable with your currents weights keep raising them every few weeks or so and you’ll soon see progress.

I am just wanting to know how to build lean muscle. I have been working out hard for a couple months and ive gained quite a bit but now im not seeing any more results. I am needing some hardcore workouts that really work you over hard.
