Question by Adam B: High Protein Foods for LEAN MUSCLE building?
Hi, I’ve been eating healthy, but I fear I am not eating the right amount of the right types of food for protein for my muscle mass workouts.

Can somebody list me some of the highest foods in protein that you personally eat or know about? The bigger the variety you list the better!

So far the only protein I’m eating comes from eggs in the morning, and a slab of steak or chicken.

Greek Yogurt is very high in protein, has like 23g for a small container.
Nuts like almonds, cashews.
Milk
Black beans
cottage cheese
Oatmeal

Although peanut butter is high in protein, i wouldn’t recommend it because it also as very high fat content.
