Question by Josh: How can improve my muscle building diet?
Right now my diet consists of a egg whites, whole eggs, broccoli, white rice and kidney beans, buttered dark rye bread, chicken, ziti pasta with red sause, and romaine lettuce. I’m not interested in supplements or any other “magic potions”. But any advice on some foods I can add to this list would be great. Thanks in advance.
