So lift weights to build muscle and disregard losing fat because to build muscle efficiently you have to gain fat with it. Then cut fat through proper diet and weight training, after you’ve built up. in 16 weeks you can lift for 8 weeks than cut for 8 weeks and get more muscle and lose more fat than if you tried to do both at the same time for 16 weeks straight.
