Im looking for a workout plan that will help me build alot of muscle fast, and get me defined and ripped but wont take more than 45 minutes a day because I have school so thats about all the freee time I have every day. But I would be able to workout every day for sure! Any ideas??

Muscle building comes from a well thought workout regimen along with a properly formulated diet. In order to be “ripped” you need to have a proper diet of low carbs, low fat, and high protein so get used to eating lots of chicken and whey shakes. Only lift weight 5x a week, and do cardio 5-6x/wk. Building muscle is heavy weight in the 1-6 rep range, and toning muscle is 12+reps so incorporate both into your workout, just stay dedicated and the results will come.
