Well… that kind of products dont have much side effects, most than constipation, probably your stomach wont tolerate for a day or two, but after that is all good. The price seems to be wrong, is to cheap, check the expiration date before buying. Is better if you try a known brand for begin with, as GNC, Universal, Isopure…

to cut fat and sustain muscle mass high protien low carb and low fat. Don’t try to bulk and cut at the same time, bodybuilders and models go thru phases of bulking then cutting and repeating. So lift weights to build muscle and disregard losing fat because to build muscle efficiently you have to gain fat with it. Then cut fat through proper diet and weight training, after you’ve built up. in 16 weeks you can lift for 8 weeks than cut for 8 weeks and get more muscle and lose more fat than if you tried to do both at the same time for 16 weeks straight.
