To increase muscle you will need protein and lift heavy thats the only way. Heavy enough to do 3 sets of 8 and more than 10 you are just getting cuts but no muscle siize. 4 reps will have you bulky so do at least 8 reps. LIFT HEAVY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You need to eat and lift heavy to get big. don’t mess with some of them pills hydroxcut just go called back because it damaged the liver

For me breakfast or dinner usually has the most. Eggs, meats and nuts have high protein. Eat something of that sort.
